You may access and use our website only for legitimate and lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Use the website to engage in unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity;

- Disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with the proper operation or security of our website;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, harmful code, or similar material;

We may suspend or restrict website access when we reasonably believe a person has violated these Terms or misused our systems.
3. Consultations
BLINDSnDRAPERY may provide complimentary or paid consultations depending on the project, location, and services requested.
During a consultation, we may:
- Discuss your goals and preferences;
- Review available materials, fabrics, colors, and designs;
- Examine the applicable windows or installation areas;
- Take preliminary or final measurements;
- Discuss motorization or smart-home options; and
- Recommend products or design solutions.
A complimentary consultation does not require you to purchase anything and, by itself, does not create a binding contract.
Any pricing, proposal, recommendation, or estimate provided following a consultation will be governed by the terms contained in the applicable proposal, order, invoice, purchase agreement, or other written documentation.
4. Estimates, Proposals, and Pricing
Custom window-treatment pricing can vary considerably based on factors such as:
- Window dimensions;
- Product type;
- Material and fabric selection;
- Hardware;
- Customization;
- Motorization;
- Installation requirements;
- Labor;
- Product availability;
- Delivery requirements; and
- Conditions at the installation location.
Unless a written proposal states otherwise:
- Estimates and quotations remain valid only for the period stated in the document;
- Pricing may be revised after a quotation expires;
- Changes in measurements, quantities, materials, specifications, or installation requirements may result in revised pricing;
- An estimate does not constitute a completed sale until it is accepted under the applicable order or purchase documentation; and
- Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, installation, specialty labor, permits, electrical work, structural modifications, or other project costs may be charged separately.
If information appearing on our website differs from a project-specific proposal, invoice, purchase agreement, or order confirmation, the project-specific written document will control.
5. Custom and Special-Order Products
Many BLINDSnDRAPERY products are manufactured, altered, cut, fabricated, or ordered specifically for an individual customer’s project.
Because custom products involve natural materials, fabrics, finishes, manufacturing processes, and individual measurements, differences may occur in:
- Color;
- Texture;
- Pattern;
- Grain;
- Sheen;
- Dimensions; and
- Overall appearance.
Colors displayed on computers, mobile devices, photographs, and digital samples may appear differently from the physical product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable specifications, including product type, measurements, fabric, material, finish, color, hardware, operating system, and motorization options before an order is finalized.
Once a custom or special-order product has entered production or has been ordered from a supplier, cancellation, alteration, return, or refund options may be restricted or unavailable, subject to the applicable agreement and applicable law.
6. Measurements and Site Conditions
When BLINDSnDRAPERY performs measurements, we will use commercially reasonable care in obtaining measurements for the products being ordered.
Customers understand that installation may be affected by conditions that are not always visible during the initial consultation, including:
- Wall or ceiling construction;
- Window framing;
- Existing trim;
- Uneven surfaces;
- Concealed wiring;
- Electrical conditions;
- Existing fixtures;
- Structural conditions;
- Limited access; or
- Other obstructions.
Customers must inform us of any known condition that could reasonably affect measurement, fabrication, delivery, or installation.
Certain projects may require an electrician, contractor, engineer, structural modification, permit, specialty equipment, or another third-party professional. Such work may involve additional charges unless specifically included in the written proposal.
We may postpone, stop, or modify installation work when site conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, materially different from what was previously disclosed, or unsuitable for proper installation.
7. Customer Obligations
To help us complete projects efficiently and safely, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact and project information;
- Making the property reasonably accessible for consultations, measurements, deliveries, and installations;
- Disclosing known conditions that could affect the project;
- Obtaining necessary approval from landlords, property managers, homeowners associations, condominium associations, or similar authorities;
- Securing pets during appointments when appropriate;
- Providing a reasonably safe work environment;
- Clearing reasonable access to installation areas; and
- Carefully reviewing and approving product specifications before an order is submitted.
Failure to provide required access, information, approvals, or appropriate site conditions may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional charges where permitted by the applicable agreement.
8. Deposits and Payment
Certain products and projects may require a deposit, advance payment, progress payment, or payment in full before products are ordered, manufactured, or installed.
The applicable proposal, invoice, purchase agreement, or order confirmation will identify the required amount and payment schedule.
Because customized and special-order merchandise may be manufactured specifically for a customer, deposits and other payments may become non-refundable once ordering or production has begun, subject to the applicable written agreement and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any consumer cancellation, refund, or other statutory right that cannot legally be waived.
9. Delivery and Scheduling
Any manufacturing, delivery, or installation date provided to a customer is an estimate unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
Timing may be affected by circumstances including:
- Manufacturer production schedules;
- Supplier inventory;
- Shipping or freight delays;
- Customs or transportation interruptions;
- Weather;
- Installation-site conditions;
- Product backorders;
- Labor availability; and
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant scheduling changes that become known to us.
Customers must provide reasonable access to all areas required to complete delivery or installation.
10. Repairs and Maintenance
BLINDSnDRAPERY may offer repair or maintenance services for qualifying window-treatment products.
Our ability to complete a repair may depend on:
- The nature of the damage;
- Product age;
- Product condition;
- Availability of parts;
- Availability of manufacturer support;
- Whether the original product has been discontinued; and
- Whether repair is practical or safe.
An inspection or service appointment does not guarantee that a particular item can be repaired.
Any applicable repair charges, replacement-part costs, labor costs, or warranties will be communicated as appropriate.
11. Motorization and Smart-Home Systems
Some BLINDSnDRAPERY products may incorporate motors, remote controls, Wi-Fi systems, hubs, applications, Bluetooth connections, voice assistants, or other third-party technology.
Performance and compatibility may depend upon equipment or services outside our control, including:
- Electrical power;
- Batteries;
- Internet service;
- Wi-Fi coverage;
- Mobile devices;
- Third-party applications;
- Home-automation hubs;
- Voice-assistant platforms; and
- Software or firmware updates.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of systems controlled or supported by third parties.
BLINDSnDRAPERY and Xumma LLC are not responsible for third-party outages, service interruptions, changes in software, discontinued applications, connectivity failures, or equipment that we do not control.
Third-party motorization products remain subject to the manufacturer’s applicable warranty and documentation.
12. Warranties
Products purchased through BLINDSnDRAPERY may qualify for manufacturer warranties or other warranties specifically described in an invoice, proposal, purchase agreement, or warranty document.
Coverage, duration, exclusions, replacement procedures, and other warranty terms can differ by manufacturer and product.
Unless specifically provided in writing, we do not represent that all products carry identical warranty coverage.
Customers should retain purchase documentation and review applicable manufacturer warranty information.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any warranty or legal consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Website Content and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website current and accurate.
However, information concerning products, photographs, pricing, colors, finishes, specifications, availability, measurements, or other details may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or subject to change.
Website information is provided for general informational purposes and should not replace a project-specific:
- Measurement;
- Estimate;
- Specification;
- Manufacturer document;
- Proposal; or
- Purchase agreement.
We may correct website errors or update content without prior notice.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise identified, the website and its contents—including photographs, written content, graphics, logos, illustrations, videos, designs, layouts, trademarks, and other materials—are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by BLINDSnDRAPERY and/or Xumma LLC.
You may access website content for legitimate personal or business-related purposes associated with evaluating our products and services.
Without prior written authorization, you may not copy, reproduce, alter, republish, sell, license, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit our proprietary content.
15. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links or integrations involving:
- Manufacturers;
- Payment providers;
- Social-media platforms;
- Smart-home providers;
- Technology companies; or
- Other third-party websites and services.
These businesses operate independently from BLINDSnDRAPERY.
We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, privacy practices, policies, or terms.
Your interactions with third-party services are governed by the terms and policies issued by those third parties.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, BLINDSnDRAPERY, Xumma LLC, and their respective owners, members, employees, representatives, contractors, agents, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from or connected with use of our website, products, or services.
Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular product or service will not exceed the amount the customer actually paid BLINDSnDRAPERY or Xumma LLC for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be waived, restricted, or excluded.
17. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BLINDSnDRAPERY, Xumma LLC, and their owners, members, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:
- Your material violation of these Terms;
- Your unlawful or improper use of our website;
- Information you knowingly provide that is false or misleading; or
- Your negligent or intentional acts in connection with our products or services.
18. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
BLINDSnDRAPERY will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Such circumstances may include hurricanes, storms, flooding, fire, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, labor disruptions, supply-chain problems, manufacturing delays, governmental actions, utility failures, telecommunications outages, internet interruptions, public emergencies, or similar events.
Where reasonably practical, we will attempt to resume affected services after the circumstances causing the interruption have been resolved.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute concerning them will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to principles regarding conflicts of law.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding concerning these Terms or our products or services will be brought in a court having proper jurisdiction and venue under applicable Florida law, unless another location is required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section is intended to take away a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
20. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when our services, practices, technology, or legal requirements change.
When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on our website and the “Last Updated” date will be changed.
Your continued use of our website after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
21. Severability
If a court or other authorized authority determines that a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
22. Relationship to Other Agreements
These Terms primarily govern general use of our website and interactions with BLINDSnDRAPERY.
Individual projects may also be governed by separate:
- Estimates;
- Proposals;
- Purchase agreements;
- Invoices;
- Installation agreements;
- Warranty documents; or
- Other written terms.
If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project-specific agreement will govern that project to the extent of the conflict.
